This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of an Apollo or Radius bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth below, Apollo warrants to the original purchaser of each new Apollo bicycle (that has a wheelbase exceeding 640mm or a wheel size of 16" (40cm) or greater.) that Apollo Bicycle Company will repair or replace the frame or fork should it fail at any weld point, provided it was purchased new from, and assembled by, an authorised Apollo bicycle dealer.
This limited warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive or improper use.
All labour charges and freight charges for warranty services are the responsibility of the bicycle's owner.
Your ESI product is guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing or workmanship defects for a period of 30 days from the date of its original purchase. Simply call us and explain the defect and we will authorize the proper exchanges. When purchasing from ESI you're guaranteed to receive quality products.

Free Agent bicycles are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Chromoly frames are guaranteed for 25 years. Aluminum frames are guaranteed for 5 years. Forks and all parts are guaranteed for 1 year.
The Free Agent warranty does not cover frames, forks, or parts damaged from use, misuse, crashing, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance, improper adjustment, neglect etc.
If you have a warranty question, take your bicycle and sales receipt to your authorized Free Agent bicycle dealer for evaluation.
Your Gemini Light is covered by a one year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or other external causes.
KHS bicycle frames and forks are warranted by the distributor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods of time:
STEEL FRAMES AND FORKS Ten (10) years from date of original purchase
ALUMINUM FRAMES Five (5) years from date of original purchase
ALL MTN/RACING FRAMES Two (2) years from date of original purchase (# 1)
EXTREME FRAMES One (1) year from date of original purchase (#2)
